Job summary

Delta Dental of New Mexico is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead the implementation, servicing, and retention of large group clients. You will serve as the primary liaison with brokers, consultants, and client leadership, driving renewal and RFP processes and developing strategic plans to deliver exceptional service and value.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive client relationship management, and ability to work across departments to enhance oral health outcomes for clients

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, and/or servicing group accounts.
• Experience in healthcare or group benefits is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and servicing of large group accounts.
• Own and manage renewal and RFP activities as project manager.
• Collaborate with leadership and underwriting to develop strategic proposals.
• Present data and strategic insights to clients and brokers.
• Maintain timely documentation of account activities in Salesforce.
• Provide ongoing training and education to clients and consultants on market trends.
