Job summary

Threespot seeks an experienced Account Lead (Producer) to oversee digital strategy, brand, website and web application projects for nonprofit, foundation, and cultural clients. You will lead client relationships, scope, budgeting, teams, and quality assurance to deliver compelling digital solutions.

You will manage multiple accounts, pitch new work, and collaborate with Creative Directors, strategists, UX designers, and developers in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital project management, producer, or account director roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of the creative process and web development technologies.

Responsibilities

• Owns growth on assigned accounts and identifies opportunities for expansion.
• Lead scope, budgeting, scheduling, and proposals for projects from quick-turnaround to multi-year engagements.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Strategists, UX, Designers, and Developers to solve client challenges.
• Communicate risks clearly to clients and internal teams; drive risk mitigation.
