Job summary

Threespot is seeking an Account Lead (Producer) to guide digital strategy, brand, website, and web applications for nonprofit and cultural clients. You will lead client relationships, scope opportunities, and manage multi-year website projects with budget oversight and risk management.

You will work with Creative Directors, Strategists, UX, Designers, and Developers, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while growing the account and contributing to new business proposals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a digital project management, producer, or account director role.
• Track record of expanding scope or revenue on existing client accounts with examples.
• Strategic thinker who keeps the bigger picture in view and handles ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Owns growth on assigned accounts and identifies opportunities for additional work.
• Leads scoping, budgeting proposals, and client pitches.
• Builds and manages project plans and budgets for multiple engagements.
• Delivers projects on time and on budget and communicates progress to clients.
• Leads cross-functional teams and fosters collaboration to reach solutions.
• Supports business development through scoping and budgeting proposals.
