• Experience in staffing or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Client relationship management: be the main point of contact for clients and visit client properties as needed.
• Project management: manage timelines to meet client expectations and agency standards.
• Financial management: maintain budget, process payroll, billing and invoicing; attend meetings.
• Recruitment management: develop recruiting plans, post openings, conduct interviews, fulfill open orders.
• Onboarding: oversee paperwork, tax forms, benefits; coordinate training for new hires.
• Business development: identify upsell opportunities and support proposals.
