Job summary

Hospitality Staffing Solutions LLC in Charleston, MS is seeking a bilingual Recruiter/Account Supervisor to support client staffing needs across the hospitality industry at our onsite location. You will manage day-to-day recruiting and onboarding while maintaining strong relationships with customers and candidates.

Responsibilities include coordinating full candidate lifecycle, tracking staffing orders, arranging training, and ensuring background checks and new hire paperwork are completed.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, hotel management, general studies, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in the staffing industry required and/or on-site management experience.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• High level of communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the HSS workforce solution for assigned client accounts.
• Create recruiting plans and build proactive sourcing through networking, community outreach, and channel partner visits.
• Support recruiting visibility through social media recruiting, posting flyers and signs in the community.
• Coordinate daily contact with customers to confirm staffing needs are met and visit properties as required.
• Track open and filled orders daily and document results.
• Partner with clients to arrange training for candidates who do not yet have the needed experience.
• Conduct interviews and manage candidate onboarding through training and management.
• Ensure background checks, drug screens, and new hire paperwork are completed prior to candidates starting work.
• Manage performance and employee relations issues for assignment-based employees promptly.
• Complete daily activity reports and payroll-related tasks on time.
• Update meetings and client/talent information in the system.
• Conduct safety meetings and provide weekly training for property teams.
