Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Manager, Account Management to support our in-house HSM team, with accounts across our brands. This role is virtual/remote and reports to the Director, Account Management. You will define strategies, manage key accounts, and drive YOY growth opportunities while partnering with a focused cross-functional team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer-facing and hospitality roles, 3+ years in procurement/supply chain, and strong Excel skills. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience in customer facing roles.
• 5+ years of hospitality industry experience with a preferred mix of positions/roles.
• 3+ years in procurement/supply chain-related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, (sorting and filtering data, using formulas, pivot tables).
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define the opportunity management strategy for your accounts, identify ways to increase the quality and revenue value, and implement strategy with business vision, taking into account barriers and opportunities.
• Assist with special projects, initiatives, and customer deliverables.
