Job summary

HR Jobs is seeking an onsite Staffing Coordinator in Charleston, SC to recruit and onboard hospitality talent and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.

You will manage day-to-day coordination across clients and employees, conduct interviews, and ensure background checks and new hire paperwork are completed promptly. Travel locally and support training with safety documentation and payroll tasks.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, hotel management, general studies, or equivalent experience.
• High level of communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic use of Microsoft Office applications and basic typing skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid car insurance, driver's license, and reliable transportation for work.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the HSS workforce solution for assigned accounts.
• Develop recruiting plans and build a proactive talent network to fill openings.
• Post job opportunities, recruit via channels, and source for new business.
• Contact customers daily to confirm staffing needs and visit properties as required.
• Onboard new hires through training and ongoing management.
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage payroll documentation.
• Provide ongoing training and safety meetings for the property team.
