Job summary

Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher, seeks a Senior Strategic Account Executive to lead enterprise growth with the largest healthcare customers. You will champion strategic opportunities, influence C-suite leaders, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive multi-year initiatives.

You will develop path-to-growth across health systems, IDNs, and academic medical centers, focusing on transformational opportunities, enterprise partnerships, and long-term value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years in healthcare sales or related enterprise healthcare roles.
• Experience influencing C-suite executives and senior decision makers in complex healthcare organizations.
• Proven ability to lead complex enterprise opportunities, multi-year growth strategies and cross-functional execution.
• Strong healthcare business acumen including health system economics, deal structures, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise growth strategy, revenue performance, and market share expansion across Leica Biosystems' top healthcare customers.
• Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies focused on transformational opportunities and enterprise partnerships.
• Lead complex enterprise pursuits including large-scale health system initiatives and executive-sponsored opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders to influence customer strategy and long-term commercial outcomes.
• Leverage DBS tools and cross-functional teams to accelerate strategic initiatives and improve win rates.
