CxSearch Global Partners LLC is conducting a confidential executive search for a Client Partner / Director – Strategic Accounts to manage and grow relationships with strategic enterprise clients. The role spans Healthcare & Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Hi-Tech, leveraging Azure, Cloud, Data & AI and digital transformation to deliver measurable business value and long-term growth.

This is a strategic account management and farming role focused on deepening relationships, expanding accounts,

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, digital transformation or enterprise technology.
Proven experience as Client Partner, Strategic Account Manager or Account Director.
Strong track record of growing large enterprise accounts.
Experience with Fortune 2000 / large enterprise clients.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Cloud, Data & AI and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business and technology stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic account plans for long-term growth.
Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and increase wallet share.
Align Azure, Cloud, Data & AI and digital transformation solutions with client priorities.
Partner with consulting, technology and delivery teams to address client needs and ensure successful outcomes.
Drive client satisfaction, retention, reference ability and continued account expansion.
Take ownership of account-level commercial performance and growth.
