Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales and relationship management in financial services.
• Experience selling into banks, payments orgs, or fintechs.
• Strong understanding of banking and payments industries and trends.
• Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers via consultative selling.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and grow revenue with strategic plans.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and practical AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and deepen strategic client relationships across a territory.
• Develop commercial account strategies and provide accurate forecasts and pipelines.
• Maintain expertise across payments, risk management, compliance, and related domains.
• Engage senior client stakeholders, including CROs, CFOs, and CIOs.
• Lead high-volume in-person meetings and represent Moody's at industry events.
• Identify opportunities, cross-sell, and translate client needs into value-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and cross-functional teams to close deals.
