Job summary

FUJIFILM Biosciences in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative, Strategic Accounts to deliver organized, responsive account management from quotes to delivery. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely processing of custom orders and outstanding customer service.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, data-driven issue resolution, and the development of SOPs and training to support sales initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
6-8 years of customer service and internal account management experience.
Experience with CRM and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end commercial operation for assigned accounts from order to delivery.
Develop and maintain efficient, responsive customer service for strategic accounts.
Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, CS, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, QC, QA to ensure smooth flow of custom orders.
Identify and mitigate order issues with backlog analysis and Pareto reports.
Develop SOPs, training materials, and promote sound customer service strategy.
