Qualifications

• MBA or advanced technical degree in a related field (Materials Science/Chemical Eng preferred).
• 8+ years of semiconductor experience, materials preferred.
• 5+ years of semiconductor sales experience.
• Direct experience selling advanced semiconductor materials to fabs/companies.
• Global account management experience and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement plans to strengthen and maintain global customer relationships.
• Define and achieve global sales budgets; coordinate with Local Account Managers on budgets.
• Lead Local Account Managers to grow sales across relevant business areas.
• Develop and maintain clear partnership between GAM and LAMs.
• Monitor LAM performance and ensure budget attainment through regular reporting.
• Act as voice of the customer to FFEM; drive issues to organization for resolution.
• Lead pricing discussions and develop global sales plans and product positioning.
