Responsibilities

• Analytics and reporting across daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales metrics using multiple data sources (Salesforce, SAP, EXFM).
• Create dashboards and automated reports; provide market share analytics regionally and nationally.
• Manage CRM platforms ensuring data integrity and training sales teams on CRM usage.
• Develop pricing analytics and collaborate on pricing strategies with leadership.
• Support sales operations, including quotas, forecasting, BI initiatives, and onboarding.
