Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator, ES to act as a key liaison for post-sales support and service operations. Responsibilities include handling repair administration, loaner equipment, order support, and service quotations, ensuring timely execution of customer requests and accurate data management.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, Service, Warehouse, and Product Management while maintaining compliance in a regulated medical device

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service or service coordination in a regulated medical device environment preferred.
• Experience coordinating customer service activities in a regulated medical device environment preferred.
• Experience with SAP, CRM, or repair management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders for accessories and related products accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and timely.
• Provide phone support regarding repairs, loaner and demonstration equipment, quotations, service contracts, and other post-sales activities.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations for products and service agreements within service level expectations.
• Maintain accurate customer, equipment, warranty, and asset information in internal systems.
• Coordinate the deployment, shipment, tracking, and inventory visibility of loaner and demonstration equipment.
