Herr’s is seeking an Accounting Close & Financial Reporting Manager to own the month-end close, lead financial reporting, and manage standard costing for our Nottingham, PA team. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will supervise a team of four, partner with Finance, Operations, and Plant leadership, and drive accuracy, timeliness and a strong control environment.

• Must have experience leading month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with standard costing, variance analysis and inventory valuation.
