Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or master’s preferred.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Oracle EBS preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• On-site role at facility in Glen Rock, PA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger, trial balance, and balance reports.
• Perform period-end close and analyze budget variances.
• Ensure accuracy of the general ledger and reconciliations.
• Manage cash, bank reconciliations, investments, and related reports.
• Oversee inter-company transactions and the Delaware holding company.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Maintain ERP reporting and develop new reports in Oracle EBS.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and backups.
• Supervise two Accounting Clerks.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal taxes.
