Job summary

Daifuku North America is seeking an Account Program Engineer to serve as the technical lead for a strategic customer account. You will own customer specifications, coordinate engineering teams, and ensure solution consistency across projects within the customer network.

You will partner with Account Executives and Managers to ensure system performance and adherence to standards, driving repeatable designs and a strong, long-term partnership across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in material handling automation or intralogistics.
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and/or SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering on large, complex projects across multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain ownership of customer specifications and ensure compliance across projects.
• Drive repeatable engineering design standards and best practices.
• Support sales with engineering resource planning and capacity forecasting.
• Act as primary technical escalation point and manage customer interactions.
