Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation is seeking an Account Program Engineer to lead technical delivery for a strategic customer account across multiple projects. You will own specifications, align engineering work, and drive repeatable solutions with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

You will work with account executives and project teams, mentor engineers, and travel up to 35% within North America to support installations and start‑ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Systems Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in material handling automation or intralogistics.
• Experience with Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks) and SolidWorks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering on large and complex projects as business demands require.
• Support the Applications team with hardware and system configurations for high risk or critical solutions.
• Support the Sales team with engineering resource planning and capacity forecasting.
• Own the management and interpretation of customer technical specifications.
• Audit engineering deliverables for specification compliance and quality assurance.
