Job summary

Daifuku is seeking an Account Program Engineer to lead technical delivery for strategic customer accounts in intralogistics. You will own customer specifications, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure quality, performance, and repeatable solutions across projects.

Travel up to 35% across North America; a Bachelor's in engineering and 10+ years of experience required; familiarity with AutoCAD/Revit/SolidWorks and MS Project preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Systems Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in material handling automation or intralogistics.
• Experience with Autodesk products or SolidWorks preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering on large, complex projects as needed.
• Support hardware/configuration for high-risk or critical solutions.
• Forecast engineering resources and capacity with Sales.
• Own management and interpretation of customer technical specifications.
• Drive repeatable engineering design standards and QA processes.
• Collaborate with Product Development for qualification of new tech.
• Travel up to 35% in North America.
