Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks an Account Program Engineer to lead the technical direction for strategic accounts, owning customer specifications and ensuring solution consistency across a portfolio of projects.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, align with the Account Executive and Account Manager, and drive repeatable engineering design standards while improving quality and reducing risk. Domestic travel up to 35% within North America is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Systems Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in material handling automation or related industries.
• Experience with Autodesk products and SolidWorks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering on large, complex projects and own customer specs.
• Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams and with customers.
• Maintain specification repositories and manage revisions.
• Drive repeatable engineering designs and standards.
