Siffron is seeking a Strategic Account Representative to manage high-volume customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. You will collaborate with the Senior Strategic Account Representative and cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements, inventory needs, and delivery expectations.

As the primary contact for order coordination, you will communicate updates to customers and internal partners, and help resolve issues related to pricing, stock,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems.

Responsabilités

• Review customer orders and confirmations for accuracy in price, delivery, and terms.
• Acknowledge and communicate order changes internally and to the customer.
• Expedite customer orders as needed.
• Provide product assistance such as stock status, lead time, use and application.
• Provide order status, shipping information, tracking details.
• Research order shortages/overages and dispositions any discrepancies.
• Process customer requests for credit or returns.
• Escalate issues to Senior Strategic Account Representative or Sales Manager as needed.
