Job summary

Pace Analytical is seeking a seasoned account management leader to develop and implement programs that drive revenue and customer satisfaction across laboratory services. You will lead teams, shape pricing and service offerings, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

In this role you will manage budgets, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and expand wallet share while maintaining high levels of client trust and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and five years of progressive sales experience.
• Two years of managerial experience or equivalent leadership experience.
• Knowledge of account management programs, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff including hiring, training, development and engagement.
• Generates new business and increases wallet share for laboratory services.
• Oversees account management programs to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations and policies.
