Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Account Partner / Account Partner Director for a Manufacturing portfolio to drive Professional Services growth in a quota-driven role that emphasizes AI and agentic transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with License Sales, Customer Success, Solution/Delivery, and executive leadership to deliver a coordinated One Salesforce approach, managing risk and expanding services opportunities within key accounts.

Qualifications

Experience leading agentic/AI, customer experience, digitization, or sales/service transformations with a bias toward rapid outcomes using AI-driven approaches.
Experience selling and/or delivering Professional Services in a Salesforce ecosystem or GSI environment.
Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and strategic services seller with a track record of exceeding bookings/quota targets.

Responsibilities

Own bookings and pipeline growth on assigned strategic accounts, driving deal strategy and closing to hit quota.
Coordinate the end-to-end customer relationship across multiple Salesforce teams to deliver a unified account plan.
Build executive credibility with senior stakeholders to shape transformation strategy and AI initiatives.
Identify, qualify, and close Professional Services opportunities including implementation and advisory engagements.
Spot risk early across engagements and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with delivery leadership.
