Salesforce seeks a Sr. Account Partner / Account Partner Director, Professional Services - Manufacturing to lead strategic PS engagements for major manufacturing accounts in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience leading agentic/AI transformation pursuits, with a bias toward rapid outcomes; Salesforce platform experience preferred.
• Experience selling and/or delivering Professional Services in a Salesforce ecosystem or GSI environment.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and strategic services seller, with a track record of exceeding bookings targets.
• Strong sales process discipline: forecasting, deal progression, and executive engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across sales, delivery, product, and customer success teams.
• Help customers chart digital and agentic/AI transformation roadmaps, with credibility on emerging tech.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings and pipeline growth for strategic accounts, driving strategy and closing deals to hit quota.
• Lead end-to-end customer relationships across Sales, Delivery, and Success teams.
• Build executive credibility with senior stakeholders to shape AI/agentic transformation initiatives.
• Identify, qualify, and close Professional Services opportunities including implementation engagements.
• Coordinate across License Sales, Product/Solution, and Customer Success for unified account pursuits.
• Spot risk across engagements and partner with delivery leadership for on-time delivery.
• Identify expansion opportunities to grow services revenue within existing accounts.
• Represent customer voice to prioritize resources and solutions for success.
• Maintain understanding of manufacturing trends and Salesforce capabilities, including AI.
