Job summary

GST, Inc. in Cerritos, CA seeks an Order Management Representative to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. You will liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to process orders, track status, and resolve inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or order management, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus, and experience with quotes and data handling is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education preferred.
• Minimum of two years in customer service, sales support, or order management.
• Experience with suppliers, distributors, or procurement is a plus.
• Experience preparing quotes and handling large data sets is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders with suppliers and distributors accurately and efficiently.
• Review orders for pricing, terms, conditions, and delivery requirements.
• Manage backlog reports and open orders in GST systems and portals.
• Monitor quote logs and follow up on open order activities.
• Process RMAs and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide proactive order status updates to customers.
• Support RFQs and documentation for the sales team.
• Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues.
• Perform additional customer service, administrative, or operational duties as assigned.
