Job summary

ADLINK Technology is seeking an Account Management Specialist to act as the operational backbone for assigned accounts. You will process orders, manage backlogs, provide quotes, and set up new customer accounts while coordinating with Sales, Product Sales Management, Finance, Logistics, and our Taiwan Factory.

The role is office-based and requires strong organizational and communication skills to sustain relationships and growth across the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite with strong Excel skills.
• Experience with hardware manufacturing systems is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and manage end-to-end customer backlog with timely status updates.
• Create, update, and maintain customer master accounts and quotations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Taiwan Factory to provide order statuses and pricing.
• Maintain high productivity and adaptability during priority shifts.
• Support sales organization and follow up on opportunities.
