Job summary

AmproADLINK Technology is seeking an Orders Management Specialist to drive the operational backbone for assigned accounts in a fast-paced environment. You will process orders, provide quotes, manage customer master data, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and our Taiwan Factory to ensure timely, accurate updates.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ customer support or related experience.
• Direct, OEM or channel sales exposure with CPU hardware or systems products desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills.
• Experience with hardware manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and own end-to-end customer backlog with accurate statuses.
• Create, update and maintain customer master accounts; generate quotations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Sales Management, Finance, Logistics and Taiwan Factory.
• Manage orders accurately and on time; maintain customer backlogs.
• Serve as liaison between internal departments for pricing, shipping and product availability.
• Support sales and grow existing accounts; pursue new opportunities.
• Review POs to ensure all requirements are met before processing.
• Handle drop ship documentation with high precision.
• Adapt to changing project priorities and maintain productivity.
