This office-based role focuses on sales processes, automation, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

The candidate should have 5+ years in sales operations and management, with strong communication, Excel, Salesforce, and Navision proficiency, and provide leadership to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years in sales operations and management.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Navision is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages Customer Account Management Specialist team and supports order fulfillment projects.
• Reviews and updates sales processes and implements sales automation tools.
• Ensures compliance with revenue recognition for bookings and shipments.
• Manages customer and sales escalations and liaises with multiple departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Reviews and forecasts customer needs and manages Sales Orders.
• Oversees hiring, training, and performance of Sales Operations staff.
