Job summary

Ampro ADlink Technology Inc. in San Jose, California, is seeking an Account Management Specialist to manage end-to-end customer orders and maintain accurate backlogs. You will generate quotations, set up new accounts, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and our Taiwan Factory to ensure timely, accurate updates.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, proactive customer relationship management, and the ability to handle complex orders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ customer support experience.
• Direct, OEM or channel sales exposure desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and manage end-to-end customer backlog with accurate status updates.
• Provide quotations and maintain customer account setups.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Sales Management, Finance, Logistics, and Taiwan Factory to provide order statuses and pricing.
• Create and maintain customer master accounts.
• Generate formal quotations efficiently and accurately.
• Act as primary liaison between internal departments for order statuses, shipping schedules, pricing, and product availability.
• Maintain high productivity and adapt to urgent schedule changes.
