Job summary

American IV in Cincinnati is seeking an Account Manager to drive new patient referrals and revenue growth by promoting specialty pharmacy services to physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other referral sources in the Cincinnati and Columbus markets.

You will build relationships with providers, conduct in-person visits and presentations, develop territory plans, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure patient access and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare sales, account management, or related roles.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy, infusion services, or chronic disease therapies preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with physicians, care teams, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote specialty pharmacy and infusion services to referral sources.
• Generate referrals and drive territory revenue growth.
• Conduct in-person presentations, educational meetings, and provider consultations.
• Create and execute territory business plans with sales leadership.
• Navigate referral and reimbursement processes to support patient access.
