Job summary

The Account Manager for Specialty Pharmacy (Infusion Therapies) in Missouri is a field-based role within Jobot, focused on driving new patient referrals and revenue growth.

You will promote specialty pharmacy services to physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other referral sources, serving as a liaison between providers and internal clinical teams to ensure access to therapies and a superior patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare industry sales or account management experience.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy, infusion services, biologics or chronic disease therapies is highly preferred.
• Proven success in building provider relationships and generating referrals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote specialty pharmacy and infusion-related service offerings to referral sources.
• Generate new patient referrals and drive territory revenue growth.
• Conduct in-person sales presentations, educational meetings, and provider consultations.
• Develop and execute territory business plans with sales leadership.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities while maintaining existing referral relationships.
• Act as a resource for providers navigating referral and reimbursement processes.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events as assigned.
• Monitor market trends and provide competitive intelligence to leadership.
• Maintain accurate territory records and communications.
