BairesDev is seeking an Account Manager to build lasting client relationships, identify needs, and deliver compelling presentations on our services. You will negotiate and close deals while creating strategic Account Plans and reporting on revenue growth.

You will conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities, explore new business avenues through referrals and networking, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management and deal closure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management or equivalent in IT/Tech industry.
• Proven ability to close deals and develop long-term client relationships.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on prospects and identify opportunities.
• Use sales tools to contact and convert leads.
• Contact potential clients via email to set up meetings.
• Reach out by phone to generate qualified prospects.
• Develop and implement prospect strategies with Sales and Marketing.
• Present, promote, and sell services to customers and prospects.
• Establish and maintain positive business relationships.
