Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Account Manager in the United States (PA) to foster strong client relationships, identify needs, and deliver compelling presentations on our services. You will negotiate and close deals while building strategic account plans and regularly reporting on revenue and headcount growth.

As a key member of the team, you will perform market research to identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with Sales and Marketing to craft effective prospect strategies, and drive revenue

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management or related client-facing roles in IT/Tech.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on prospects and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
• Present services and solutions to clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Develop strategic account plans and report on revenue and headcount growth.
• Collaborate with Sales Management and Marketing to deliver effective presentations.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
