Job summary

Archer in collaboration with Leo Technologies seeks an Account Manager to maintain client accounts and ensure priorities are addressed using the Verus system. This 40-hour-week role involves direct client contact, reporting, and cross-team coordination.

You will build relationships, validate client needs, train clients where needed, and support retention and renewals. This position offers growth and oversight within a dynamic, security-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in client account management with a background in law enforcement preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks with discretion.
• Knowledge of policy and regulatory guidelines applicable to client services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
• Proactively assess and validate client agency needs on an ongoing basis.
• Inform Directors and EMT about priority client matters.
• Disseminate reports to Points of Contact for accounts or stakeholders.
• Supervise Verus Specialists as requested and perform basic technical support.
• Review work for compliance with LeoTech policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other account managers for meetings and staff evaluations.
• Prepare clear and concise reports and support contract renewals.
• Perform other tasks necessary to daily operations of LeoTech.
