Job summary

LeoTech seeks an Account Manager to maintain client accounts and ensure priorities are addressed using the Verus system. The role reports to the Director of Account Management and involves coordinating with EMT and other stakeholders across client locations.

You will oversee training, reports, and basic support, helping to retain contracts and grow client satisfaction while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with remote opportunities.

Qualifications

• Background in law enforcement and investigative experience preferred.
• Interpret, apply, and explain applicable laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client accounts.
• Proactively assess client needs and coordinate with Directors and EMT.
• Provide training and support to client agencies on the Verus system.
• Prepare clear and concise reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure client retention and assist with contract renewals.
