LeoTech is seeking an Account Manager to support client accounts and ensure priorities using the Verus system and related platforms. The role emphasizes relationship building, proactive needs assessment, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Background in law enforcement with 5 years of investigative experience or equivalent.
• POST Certificate.
• Strong understanding of Federal, State, and local policies and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft software.
• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing, and management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts.
• Assess and validate client agency needs on an ongoing basis.
• Inform Directors and EMT about priority client matters.
• Disseminate reports to Points of Contact for assigned accounts or stakeholders.
• Supervise Verus Specialists as requested.
• Provide basic technical support (password resets, etc.).
• Understand client needs and provide targeted training.
• Review staff work for policy compliance.
• Assist with client retention and contract renewals.
• Coordinate with other managers for scheduled meetings.
• Evaluate staff performance.
• Prepare clear and concise reports.
• Perform other tasks for daily operations.
