Leo Technologies, LLC, in partnership with Archer, seeks an Account Manager to maintain client accounts and ensure priorities are addressed using the Verus system and related platforms. The 40-hour work week involves collaborating with the Director of Account Management and EMT, delivering reports, providing client training, supporting renewals, and ensuring retention while upholding LeoTech policies.

Qualifikationen

• Background in law enforcement with 5 years of investigative experience or Intermediate POST Certificate.
• Interpret, apply, and explain applicable Federal, State, and local policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
• Computer proficiency and usage of Microsoft software.
• Effective time-management skills, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing and management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned client account(s).
• Use tact, initiative, prudence, and independent judgment within general policy and legal guidelines in politically sensitive situations.
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client agency needs on an ongoing basis.
• Inform Directors and Executive Management Team (EMT) members about priority and exigent client agency matters.
• Disseminate reports, as needed, to Points of Contact for assigned accounts or stakeholders.
• Supervise the activities of Verus Specialists, as requested.
• Perform basic Technical Support functions for assigned client agencies (reset passwords, create end-user accounts, etc.).
• Understanding customer needs and priorities, as well as the training and support needs for your assigned client base; providing personalized training where appropriate.
• Review the work of assigned personnel to ensure compliance with LeoTech policies and procedures.
• Assist with ensuring client retention and contract renewals, as directed.
• Coordinate with other account managers to attend and participate in scheduled meetings.
• Participate in evaluating staff performance.
• Prepare clear and concise reports.
• Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of LeoTech.
