Steven Label LLC is seeking an Account Manager at our SFS-Main Plant in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will nurture relationships with existing house and larger accounts, uncover growth opportunities, and communicate our product breadth and value to customers.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving are essential as you drive retention and revenue. This on-site role reports to the VP of Sales, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and potential travel of 20–30%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and customer service experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven forward-thinking and solutions oriented.
• Ability to travel 20–30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers, understand needs and communicate Steven Label’s value.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders to maximize satisfaction and assist with quotes.
• Grow the assigned accounts annually through expansion and new business from leads.
• Review customer specifications to prepare quotes and present them to customers.
• Develop custom solutions to solve customer problems.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for consistent outreach (email and phone).
• Facilitate onsite customer meetings as needed.
• Follow up on assigned leads to grow the account.
• Work with CRM, add sales notes and develop an 18-month pipeline by customer.
• Create and maintain forecasts for assigned accounts using feedback or trends.
• Ability to travel to customers – estimated 20-30% of the time.
