The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, high accuracy, and a commitment to timely follow-through, plus professional communication with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with blueprints and material specifications.
• Proficient with order management systems.
• Attention to detail with multi-priority handling.
• Team collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through professional oral and written communication.
• Review customer specifications to prepare work orders for manufacturing.
• Process customer orders and prepare accurate quotes.
• Respond to customer emails, messages and calls timely.
• Support customers with product design and technical inquiries.
• Maintain document control in ERP and scheduling reports.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for requirements.
