Job summary

3ECRUIT in Minnesota is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to lead a key account across print, POSM and promotional campaigns. You will build strong partnerships, drive client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes managing a small team, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and delivering campaigns on time and within budget. This position offers hybrid onsite/remote work (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and a relocation package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client-facing Senior Account Manager role.
• Experience within Print Management, Marketing Services, POSM, Promotional Merchandise or Packaging.
• Strong knowledge of print production and POS materials.
• Experience managing multiple projects within fast-paced environments.
• Commercially focused with experience growing existing client accounts.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing production partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with FMCG, Retail or Consumer Brand clients would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for a key client account, building strong, long-term relationships and delivering an exceptional level of service.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing account, maximise profitability and introduce innovative print, POSM and promotional solutions.
• Manage multiple marketing production projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring quality, budget and deadlines are consistently achieved.
• Advise clients on a wide range of print, permanent and temporary POS, promotional merchandise and marketing materials.
• Work closely with manufacturing partners and suppliers, negotiating costs, lead times and production solutions to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
• Partner with internal teams including procurement, production, creative and logistics to ensure seamless project execution.
• Recommend new materials, production methods and sustainable alternatives to help clients improve campaign effectiveness and reduce environmental impact.
• Analyse campaign performance, prepare client presentations and provide strategic recommendations for future projects.
