Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to serve as the senior liaison to clients and the Strategic Account Director. The SAM will progressively handle a book of business, guiding campaigns and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client objectives.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, budget oversight, and development of client relationships, with growth into a Strategic Account Director position over time.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or management/business.
• Minimum 3 years in account management overseeing client relationships and internal teams.
• Experience in medical communications or related industry; exposure to medical affairs/publications/peer-to-peer marketing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Understand client business challenges and strategic questions; help define and achieve goals.
• Prepare annual strategic/tactical plans and campaigns; manage client relationships.
• Propose, sell to clients, and oversee ideas aligned with client objectives; provide ongoing unsolicited optimization ideas.
• Manage client and Precision AQ communication on strategy and planning; act as extension of client’s team.
• Mentor and coach team members; manage budgets and drive efficiency to maximize client and company value.
