Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to support the Strategic Account Director. You will oversee client programs, manage day-to-day strategy discussions, and align initiatives with client goals.

As part of Precision AQ, you’ll mentor teams, optimize budgets, and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening client partnerships across therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or business.
• Minimum 3 years in account management overseeing client relationships and internal teams.
• Experience in medical communications or related industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects under the direction of the Strategic Account Director and support strategic planning for clients.
• Maintain day-to-day client communications on strategy, ideas, and campaigns.
• Act as an extension of the client’s team, owning and accountability for business outcomes.
• Mentor and coach internal team members to drive growth and development.
• Identify new business opportunities and advocate for Precision AQ with clients.
