Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) who will serve as the first line of support to the Strategic Account Director. The SAM will manage projects, help grow client relationships, and eventually assume a book of business as a Strategic Account Director.

You will work with STRAcctDirs to meet goals, oversee day-to-day strategy and communications, and mentor team members while pursuing opportunities to advance Precision AQ’s profitability and client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree (PhD, MD or PharmD) in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, and/or management/marketing is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management overseeing client relationships and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Strategic Account Director and manage projects.
• Develop and oversee client plans and campaigns.
• Act as a partner to clients, taking ownership of their business.
• Mentor and coach team members and contribute to growth.
• Stay apprised of industry developments and best practices.
