Walmart Connect in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Manager, Account Strategy to lead omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing objectives. You will translate data-driven insights into media strategies, optimize performance, and manage partnerships with clients, agencies, and internal teams.

You will oversee campaign setup, troubleshooting, and reporting, driving continuous improvement through analytics and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field.
• 3+ years in digital media, account management, or advertising strategy (if using the degree path).
• Experience translating client goals into data-driven media plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns using Walmart Connect platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery by CPM, ROAS, CTR.
• Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and integration with internal systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams for success.
• Build joint business plans with clients using forecasting tools.
• Present results and strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
• Analyze data to generate insights for continuous improvement.
