Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area with 3 years’ experience in digital media, account management, or advertising strategy.
• Option 2: 5 years’ experience in digital media, account management, marketing, or advertising strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing objectives using Walmart Connect’s solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery based on CPM, ROAS, and CTR.
• Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and integration across advertising platforms and internal systems.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to build joint business plans and present strategic recommendations.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights for campaign growth and revenue forecasting.
• Support process improvements and digital innovation initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Mentor team members and promote continuous learning and development.
