Job summary

Walmart Connect is seeking a Manager, Account Strategy in Hoboken, NJ, to lead omnichannel advertising campaigns that translate client goals into effective media strategies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related area; 3 years' experience in digital media, account management, or advertising strategy.
• 5 years' experience in digital media, account management, marketing, or advertising strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing goals using Walmart Connect's solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery to meet key performance indicators.
• Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and integration with ad technology platforms.
• Build joint business plans leveraging forecasting tools and customer insights.
• Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights for campaign growth and improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign success.
• Mentor team members and support their development through coaching and feedback.
