Walmart is seeking a Manager, Account Strategy in Hoboken, NJ to lead omnichannel advertising campaigns using Walmart Connect. You will translate data-driven insights into media strategies, monitor performance, and partner with clients, agencies, and cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Responsibilities include campaign setup, collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering and Analytics, and presenting results to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field with 3 years’ digital media/advertising strategy experience.
• Or 5 years’ experience in digital media, account management, marketing or advertising strategy.
• Experience translating client goals into actionable media plans using data-driven insights.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on CPM, ROAS, and CTR.
• Lead campaign setup and troubleshooting with internal systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to drive success.
• Build joint business plans with clients using forecasting tools and insights.
• Present results and strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
