Walmart seeks a Manager, Account Strategy to lead omnichannel advertising campaigns at Walmart Connect. You will translate client goals into media strategies, monitor performance, and drive improvements while mentoring associates.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics to ensure campaign success and deliver insights to stakeholders. This role focuses on the Food portfolio and client growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field and 3+ years in digital media, account management, or advertising strategy.
• Alternative: 5+ years in digital media, account management, or advertising strategy.
• Proven experience in developing omnichannel advertising campaigns with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client goals.
• Translate client objectives into actionable media strategies using Walmart Connect platforms.
• Monitor pacing, performance, and optimization to meet KPIs.
• Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and integration across ad tech platforms.
• Analyze data to generate insights and recommend improvements for growth.
• Build joint business plans with clients using forecasting tools.
• Present performance and recommendations to clients and leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Analytics teams for success.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies and strategic partners.
