Walmart Connect is seeking a Manager, Account Strategy in Hoboken, NJ to lead the development and execution of omnichannel advertising campaigns that translate client objectives into effective media strategies.

You will monitor performance, optimize results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and exceptional client service. This role emphasizes mentorship, process improvements, and adherence to Walmart standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related area and 3 years’ experience in digital media, account management, or advertising strategy; OR 5 years’ experience in digital media, account management, marketing, or advertising strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client goals using Walmart Connect’s solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery to meet KPIs.
• Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and integration with ad technology platforms.
• Build joint business plans leveraging forecasting tools and customer insights.
• Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure success.
• Mentor team members and support their development through coaching and feedback.
