Job summary

TransPerfect Translations International is seeking an Account Manager to develop new business relationships and manage the first level of client support. You will research prospects, build CRM data, and drive the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and proven sales experience, with a strong focus on client satisfaction, negotiation, and strategic growth within a fast-paced environment in Raleigh, NC. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients through internet research, trade show lists, referrals, directories and other sources.
• Create accurate CRM data including names, titles, phone numbers, addresses and other information.
• Cold call prospective clients to generate opportunities.
• Creatively improve current business development strategy through problem solving.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with clients and propose win-win terms.
• Educate clients on the translation process, rates, turnaround times, and competitors.
• Coordinate with production to ensure jobs are handled with precision and quality.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery and service.
• Stay informed about industries TransPerfect markets to support sales efforts.
• Perform other special projects or duties as required.
